Walnut & Dark Chocolate Banana Bread
Banana bread with dark chocolate chunks and walnut halves!

You Will Need (10 things)
- 150 g Butter
- 100 g Caster Sugar
- 150 g Self-Raising Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Bananas , mashed
- 50 g Dark Chocolate
- 50 g Walnuts
- 50 g Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Water
Steps (12 steps, 35 minutes)

Whisk together the self-raising flour and baking soda.

Cream together the butter and the sugar.

Beat the eggs in, one at a time.

Mix in half of the flour and half of the mashed banana.

Mix in the remaining flour and banana.

Add the chunks of dark chocolate and walnut halves, reserving a handful to decorate when baked.

Mix in evenly.

Scoop the batter into a greased loaf tin.

Bake at 180'C for 35 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.

Leave to cool a little before turning out of the tin.

Mix together the icing sugar and water to make a runny icing.

Drizzle over the banana bread and top with the remaining walnut halves.
