The hanging wall plaques are mostly found in swap meets and flea markets. You know the ones I'm referring to, with fruit and ribbon attached for country charm. I happened to notice how much they look like mini-shutters if I used screws to attach them together. Purchasing small hinges, adding handles, and old necklaces ....Voila!
