Description

Recycle unwanted vinyl by making these cute cuffs. Add furry trim to the inside to make them super snug.

Instructions

  1. Small 3292

Draw the patterns for your cuffs onto a record with a white-out pen. Overlap a second record and trace.

  2. Small 3326

Cut shapes out with a jig saw and smooth sharp edges with a hand file. This step is the most labor intensive, it helps to have access to electric gear. *The star shape that's left over can be used to make a jewlery holder :)

  3. Small 3333

You can also punch or drill holes into the vinyl before you shape them.

  4. Small 3327

While holding onto one corner, dip shape into boiling water. Bend accordingly to get the curve you want. Vinyl cools fast when its taken out of water, but you can redip as many times as it takes.

  5. Small 3331

Round out the back by pressing down on the corners.

  6. Small 3332

Decorate the outside with whatever you like. Glue fur trim to the inside to make them cozy.
