glue your feather craft piece to the base of the flower. (you can often find these at micheal's or a.c. moore; they're cool because the little flowers are already attached as one piece.)
glue a small piece of felt over the base of the feather piece on the bottom of your flower. this is where we will attach the hair clip. allow to dry!
once completely dry, glue the flat base of your hair clip to the felt, and glue another piece of felt to the inside of the clip (looking at the photo will help you understand what I mean haha). this will keep the glue from sticking to the part of the hair clip that you actually open up to put in your hair!
5. allow to dry completely!
