I was inspired to make a unique piece of vintage clothing!!
Whilst shopping the other week i saw some really pretty clothing, that looked vintage. Then I saw the price tag!! I decided to visit primark, and picked up a cardigan in the perfect colour for £5, (!!!!) I had everything else at home, vintage buttons and a bit of pretty lace. :)

Replace the buttons. Luckily we have two tins of vintage buttons from each side of the family, so i was able to find some great buttons. Try and keep a balance between pale and bright colours, and don't put two of the same colour next to each other.

Sew on the lace. I failed at this, so my Mum did it instead! You must pin the lace down first and make sure you have enough to sew down both sides of the neckline before starting.
