These biscuits are super tasty.

They are easy to make & you can change the filling to suit yourself.

You Will Need (8 things)

  • 6 oz Butter
  • 2 oz Icing Sugar
  • 4 oz Plain Flour
  • 2 oz Corn Flour
  • Filling

  • Buttercream Icing
  • Topping

  • 3 oz Chocolate

Steps (8 steps, 40 minutes)

    Heat oven 180 degrees.

    Cream butter & sugar together.

    Stir in flour & corn flour.

    Stir well to incorporate.

    Place mixture in a piping bag & pipe rose shapes onto the tray.

    Bake for 15 mins.

    Remove from the oven & cool completely.

  6. 6

    Fill one side of the Biscuit with buttercream icing.

    Top with another biscuit.

    Dip the end of the Biscuits into the chocolate & allow to set.

    Serve.
