The original project (my butterfly pendant) is made out of wood. Since not everyone ownes a fret saw or plywood I willl show you an easy and quick way to make your pendant using basic materials!

Description

The original project (my butterfly pendant) is made out of wood. Since not everyone ownes a fret saw or plywood I willl show you an easy and quick way to make your pendant using basic materials!

Instructions

  1. Small step 1

    Trace the die cut scrap 3 times.

  2. Small step 2

    Cut three pieces with an exactoknife or with scissors.

  3. Small step 3

    This is going to be the pendant. Glue the three pieces together.

  4. Small step 4

    Cut excess cardboard.

  5. Small step 5

    Make two holes into the very top of the pendant.

  6. Small step 6

    Paint edges and underside black with acrylic paint

  7. Small step 7

    Varnish the underside.

  8. Small step 8

    Glue die cut scrap on top and give the pendant a 3D gloss.

  9. Small step 9

    Use jewelry findings to make the beaded part and attach a jumpring to chain and pendant.
