A classic cocktail from Cuba combining London Dry Gin, lemon juice, brown sugar, fresh mint and apple juice.

You will need

3 oz Warner Edwards London Dry Gin 1 oz Lemon Juice 1 tsp Brown Sugar Handful of Mint Leaves Apple Juice Ice

Description

A classic cocktail from Cuba combining London Dry Gin, lemon juice, brown sugar, fresh mint and apple juice.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in your gin.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from a quarter of lemon.

3. 

   Add brown sugar and mint leaves and muddle with your straw.

4. 

   Top with apple juice and serve.
