I turned a cup upside down, traced the circle on a piece of card board. Cut it out. Then I covered the cup with fabric, covered the card board circle with fabric, glued the circle to the bottom of the cup, decorated. Then I sewed a clip on the bottom to fasten to my hair. Added accessories and I was done!
