I saw this on sale on Etsy and I fell in love with it. It's super easy to make. Now I have to find a proper Victorian hat to make it go along with :)

Step 1Now cut a piece of wire (1mm thick): about 9 cm.

Step 2Wrap the 2nd wire (it must be very thin) on the other, it will prevent the pearls from moving. Ps: maybe you will need to add a little of gue under it.
