Crock Pot + Veggies = Really Yummy Chili!
Made this the other day at my sister's. Tasted so good!

  • Step 1

    Chop up veggies. The size is up to you. I like the pieces pretty good sized.

  • Step 2

    Toss the veggies into the crock pot.

    Open the cans of beans, drain them, and add them to the crock pot.

  • Step 3

    Pour the tomato sauce in, My measurement of this is really a guess. It was a big glass jar, and I poured in a little more than half, and add the chili powder. You can add more depending on how spicy you want it! I put two and a half tbs. but it was almost too spicy.

  • Step 4

    Turn the crock pot on Low, and let cook for about 8 hours. Stir occasionally.

  • Step 5

    Serve with a little cheese and sour cream, and a side of tasty corn bread!
