Vegan Sweet Potato Halva

You Will Need (12 things)
- 1 ½ tbsp Ener-G Egg Replacer
- 1 tsp Nutmeg powder
- ½ cup pureed cooked Sweet Potato
- 1 qt full-fat Coconut Milk
- ½ cup Raisins (optional: soak with simple syrup and rum)
- ½ tbsp Cardamon powder
- ½ cup Pecans pieces
- ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
- ¼ cup slivered Almonds
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp All Spice powder
- 1 cup Sugar
Steps (10 steps, 30 minutes)

Use electric hand-blender to mix ener-g egg replacer into 1 cup of coconut milk. Set aside.

Dissolve sugar in heated coconut milk.

Add cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cardamon to heated mixture and stir.

Add mixture to the rest of the coconut milk.

Add pureed sweet potatoes to mixture.

Stir all vigorously.

Freeze according to ice cream maker instructions.

When it's finished freezing, add the almonds, pecans and raisins.

Mix in evenly.

Place into the freezer overnight to harden.
