Vegan Pumpkin Muffins

You Will Need (12 things)
- 1 ¾ cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Ginger
- ¾ cup Pumpkin
- ¼ cup Applesauce
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- ½ cup Canola Oil
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (or honey)
Steps (5 steps, 45 minutes)

Lightly grease a muffin tin.

Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. (flour-ginger)
In a separate bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients. (pumpkin-maple syrup) -

Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the flour mix & stir until mixed well.

Fill the muffin cups until each one is 3/4 of the way full.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
