This recipe can easily be made gluten free :

Time to use the egg replacer!
I was able to pick up Orgran Egg Replacer locally.Read what it says on the box:
*Use a mug to do the mixing
*For 1 whole egg, add 1 tsp of No Egg to 2 tbsp water -
3
*Melt 1 tbsp marg
*Mix the melted marg into the No-Egg mixture in the mug.
*Combine then add to 137.5 ML of milk.
(soy milk, rice milk, oat milk- whatever) -
4
*Combine the 137.5 ML of milk, egg replacer and melted marg into the dry mix, little at a time.
*Beat until it becomes thick and creamy.
Use a whisk or hand blender for this.
Once combined- add the remaining 137.5 milk to get required consistency.
