3 ingredients and not a drop of tofu in sight!
I wanted a decadent dessert that was healthy at the same time. Not only does this tick all the boxes but no one will ever know the avocado do is there unless you tell them. While this does need a bit of time to freeze it is very quick to mix up!

    Peel and freeze very ripe bananas in advance.
    - The bananas can be as brown as you’d like, the riper they are before you freeze them the sweeter they will be.

    Cut frozen bananas into large chunks. Peel avocado and scoop out flesh.
    - Make sure to use a ripe avocado that doesn’t have stringy brown bits.

    Blend banana, avocado and salt using a food processor or immersion blender until thick and smooth. Stir through cocoa powder with a spoon until well combined.
    - Stir through cacao chips and syrup if using.

    Step 4

    Pour into a wide flat dish or container and place in freezer.
    - Stir well every 30 minutes or so, breaking up frozen edges and mixing until smooth.
    - Do this approximately 4 times.
    - Alternatively use an ice cream maker, following manufacturer instructions

    Set out for 15 or 20 minutes to soften slightly before using, it is easier to scoop this way.

    Scoop into ice cream dishes. Sharing is optional.

This sounds interesting! Happy Ive always wanted to make ice cream, but never could without a maker. Sounds yummy!
