Slur
- The florets of 2 Cauliflower heads
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Celery
- Carrot(s)
- Blue Cheese
- 1 Pack of firm Tofu
- 1 cup Veganaise
- ¼ cup Of vegan Sour Cream
- 3 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Of Black Pepper
- 2 pinch Of Garlic Powder
- 2 ¼ tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- ¾ tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Buffalo Sauce
- 1 -part Hot Sauce to 1-part vegan butter
Steps (4 steps, 45 minutes)

In a large mixing bowl, whisk wet and dry ingredients to make a slur.

Add the cauliflower florets and fully coat with the slur. Place the florets on a sheet tray and bake for 25 minutes at 350 deg.

Let cool and then fry in a fryer or in sauté pan over medium high heat for about two minutes or until crispy.

Once crispy, toss in a buffalo and place onto a tortilla lined with blue cheese—garnish with celery and carrots.
