You Will Need (22 things)

  • Slur

  • The florets of 2 Cauliflower heads
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Celery
  • Carrot(s)
  • Blue Cheese
  • 1 Pack of firm Tofu
  • 1 cup Veganaise
  • ¼ cup Of vegan Sour Cream
  • 3 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Of Black Pepper
  • 2 pinch Of Garlic Powder
  • 2 ¼ tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ¾ tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Buffalo Sauce

  • 1 -part Hot Sauce to 1-part vegan butter

Steps (4 steps, 45 minutes)

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk wet and dry ingredients to make a slur.

    Add the cauliflower florets and fully coat with the slur. Place the florets on a sheet tray and bake for 25 minutes at 350 deg.

    Let cool and then fry in a fryer or in sauté pan over medium high heat for about two minutes or until crispy.

    Once crispy, toss in a buffalo and place onto a tortilla lined with blue cheese—garnish with celery and carrots.
