This fudge requires a food thermometer.

It is really sweet & tasty.

You Will Need (5 things)

  • 1 ½ ml Milk
  • 1 ¾ ml Evaporated Milk
  • 500 Granulated Sugar
  • 100 Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Steps (3 steps, 2400 minutes)

    Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

    Combine milk, evaporated milk, sugar & butter in a pan.

    Heat through until all ingredients are combined & the sugar is dissolved.

    Place a sugar thermometer into the pan.

    Bring to the boil & cook until temp reaches 240 degree (soft ball).

    Once temp is reached, remove from the heat & stir in vanilla.

    Beat with a wooden spoon until mixture is thick & lost it's shine.

    Pour into tin & allow to cool for 10 mins.

    Cut into squares & cool completely.
