You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 220 degrees.
Whisk eggs & sugar together until pale, light & fluffy.

Step 2Double sift the flour.
Fold into the eggs.

Step 3Pour into a tray.
Bake for 8-10 mins.

Step 4Sprinkle baking paper sugar.
Place the cake onto the paper & wrap up in paper & a towel.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 5Whip the cream & sugar together.
Spread the cake with jam.

Step 6Spread the cream on top.

Step 7Roll up.

Step 8Cut & serve.
