This a sewn version of a knitted jumper. I didnt really feel like knitting it so I modded a shirt and scarf to look like it. I choose pink because I wanted to wear this for my Jigglypuff cosplay in this month. If you look close enough at my face, you will see that I have 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye. My contact ripped prior to that pic but Al still thought it would make a good pic.

Cut off the sleeves.
Cut out the neckline to a scoop.
I sewed up the side of the sleeve openings a bit.
The scarf I got was cheap and from the dollar store but it was long enough to go around the scoop neckline. Since it was too wide I folded it in half (hot dog wise) and pinned it to the neckline. Thats how i got the double collar. Sew it around the neckline leaving the bottom part open.
I used stitch witchery for the sleeves openings and the bottom of the neckline.
I sewed buttons to the corners of the collar and right next to the edge of them.
