Inspired by the upside down cake, this cocktail combines coconut, pineapple and toffee vodka from 55 Vodka for a super sweet dessert drink.

You will need

1 oz Coconut Vodka 1 oz Toffee Vodka 1 oz Pineapple Vodka 1 Lemon 1 oz Simple Syrup Ice 2 Cherries

Inspired by the upside down cake, this cocktail combines coconut, pineapple and toffee vodka from 55 Vodka for a super sweet dessert drink.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Coconut Vodka, Toffee Vodka, Pineapple Vodka and simple syrup.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from a lemon.

3. 

   Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

4. 

   Serve with two cocktail cherries.
