I can never find badges of bands that I like (that are reasonably priced...). I had a whole bunch of old, dorky looking ones from way-back-when, and it clicked in my head...I could give them a makeover! So I did! I don't have alot of pictures of the process, but these are very simple to make.

First, gather whatever old badges you have lying around.
*OPTIONAL*: If the image is too small, you can still see bits of the original badge around it. So I spray-painted mine black. But, this is entirely up to you.
Measure the pins, and then tweak your images to fit them. I printed all of mine off the computer, so adjusting them to the right sizes was easy.
Lay your badge face-down on the image, getting the placement how you want it. Trace around the badge, then cut out the image.
Add a layer of Mod Podge to the badge, making sure you get the edges, too.
Place your image on the badge, and carefully press on it, making sure no wrinkles or air bubbles form. If the image is just a little too big, carefully press the edges of the image around the edge of pin.
Add a layer of Mod Podge over the image, and let dry. (Again, don't forget the edges)
Viola! You now have your own unique, one-of-a-kind badges. Stick them onto whatever you want and show them off.
