Step 1: Use rhinestone chain to wrap the penny 1st, set rhinestone trim on a flat surface, crystal facing upwards. 2nd, glue the rhinestone trim to the penny. 3rd, glue the chain all around the penny. 4th, let it dry for several minutes.
Step 2: Make the ring 1st, wrap the wire around a circular object as big as your finger, such as an awl. 2nd, continue wrapping until you get enough circles. 3rd, close the ring base securely by coiling the ends at the top of the ring. 4th, glue the ring base to the center of the penny.
