Step 1Here's simply where you need to start from.

Step 2Cut a fabric triangle, roll it and sew it. Fill with cotton the cone you have obtained and then sew the base of your horn. After that roll a thread around it just to make it more real.

Step 3Glue the horn to a headband and then, make some pom poms just to embellish it and make it more cute.

Step 4To take your headband to the next level make some flowers with crepe paper and gussy up the horn with some glitter.
