Get ready for summer with some neon nails.
Apply the base color using Ultra-Violet Rays.
Add drops of various neon nail polishes (six colors total used for this mani) on a silicone mat, and tilt and rotate the mat until the desired swirl/marble effect is achieved. Then, let the polish dry on the mat. It will need to be dry enough to peel away from the mat completely.
Cut the drip marble polish into sections for each nail. Then, apply a layer of top coat, and place the drip marble on the nail. Cut the excess with scissors, then "melt" the edges with a nail art brush dipped in acetone. As always, seal on with top coat.
