I came up with this recipe while taking a break from making gifts (so... many... scarves!) It was exactly what I needed for a pick-me-up! :)

You Will Need (3 things)

  • 1 block Ghirardelli Chocolate Squares Peppermint Bark
  • 1 block Honey Maid Gingerbread Gram Crackers
  • Marshmallows

Steps (6 steps, 20 minutes)

    Gather your materials

    Set up your smores as you would usually do. Place The Peppermint bark square on one half of the gingerbread gram and your marshmallow on the other. (I used 6 minis because that's all I had, but you can use one big one if you wish)
    This is for the microwave version.

    Put it in the microwave 10 seconds.
    If you want to do this over the fire, you would toast the marshmallow at this point.

    Smoosh the two sides together, or add the marshmallow to the gram and square and let it melt the chocolate.

    I found that the squares don't melt right away, so I popped it in for another 5 seconds.

    Then, enjoy! Several tastes of Christmas all in one snackrel! And oh so delicious :)
