Note I have been drawing on my brows since high school - I have 20+ years experience! Eep! I like mixing two colors that blend well together (here I use OCC's pool boy & a medium purple shade by Colourpop). I start with the blue, then go over the first half in purple in strokes. It blends easier this way. My number one rule for perfect brows: find pencils that are waxy - a bit on the hard side. Soft pencils will not cut it! All my makeup is vegan - I am vegan! :)
