Step 1Materials.

Step 2Cut out four tiny diamond shapes from your cardboard. Paint two to three coats on both sides: two one colour, two the other colour. Hold the diamonds with tweezers while you paint them to save your fingers from getting messy. You may want to paint a white base coat if your cardboard is dark and your paint light.
Let the paint dry. -
Step 3Assemble the diamonds into chevron shapes, with the good side down. Put a glob of glue onto the stud earring pad and glue in place. Let dry over night.

Step 4Touch up any unpainted spots. Paint two coats of sealer on the front and carefully on the back around the earring pad. Let dry.

Step 5Ready to wear! The sealer will protect the cardboard against moisture but they are not water proof.
