You Will Need

Step 1Start with your hair parted to one side.

Step 2Grab a strand of hair from the top of your head and divide it in two.

Step 3The the strand of hair closest to your face over the other strand of hair.

Step 4Then add a little more hair from your head to each of the two strands of hair in your hands.

Step 5Once again, place the strand of hair closest to your face OVER the other strand of hair. Next, once again, you add hair from your head to each of the two strands of hair. Repeat this process all the way down and tie it in a ponytail.

Step 6Repeat everything on the other side. You should end up with a braid on each side plus some extra hair in the back.

Step 7Tie everything in a ponytail and then use bobby pins to create a messy bun in the back of your head.
