A “twist" on the classic pornstar martini this fruit forward cocktail uses passion fruit puree and we scorch a mixture of high proof rum and bitters across the top of it for dramatic effect! And, of course, always served with a large shot of prosecco.

You will need

45 ml House Vodka 25 ml Lemon Juice 15 ml Passionfruit Puree 10 ml Sugar Syrup 60 ml Prosecco 30 ml Egg White 4 ml Angostura Bitters / Stroh mix

A “twist" on the classic pornstar martini this fruit forward cocktail uses passion fruit puree and we scorch a mixture of high proof rum and bitters across the top of it for dramatic effect! And, of course, always served with a large shot of prosecco.

Instructions

1. Method: Add all the ingredients into the shaking tin and reverse dry shake as above. Fine strain into a chilled coupe, with a shot of bubbly on the side.

2. Garnish: Use an atomiser filled with 50% very high proof rum and 50% bitters (we use Angostura Bitters). Start to spray the drink and light the areole immediately to scorch the surface of the drink slightly and quickly.
