Buy a simple tote bag and a 2 inch ribbon. Cost: Tote $2.00 Ribbon $1.75 - 2yrd Mech $1.00 half Yrd
You put the mesh around the tote. Then you cut the left down mesh.
Cut the handles and sew the left ribbon making a two handles.
