A quick and easy meal to make ahead.
It is good served with pasta, rice or potatoes.
Coat the chicken breast with the seasoned flour.
Fry until browned.
Remove to a dish.
To make the sauce...
Add the sun dried tomato oil to the pan with the garlic.
Fry gently for a min.
Add the tomatoes. Fry for another min.
Add the milk bring to the boil.
Add the corn flour.
Stir through until thickened.
Add the herbs
Add the cheese.
Stir until melted.
Pour over the chicken.
Serve with pasta, rice or potatoes.
