In this step by step tutorial, I show you how I created my bright colored brows. You can wear them, if you want to shake up your everyday makeup or for different costumes or theme parties.
In this step by step tutorial, I show you how I created my bright colored brows. You can wear them, if you want to shake up your everyday makeup or for different costumes or theme parties.
Start with a clean brow.
Use a teal colored eyepencil on the brow, leaving the front free of product.
Apply a turquoise eyeliner on the front of your brow. Don't worry about it being messy, we'll clean it up later.
Blend the colors together with a spoolie while removing extra product.
Set the eyeliner with eyeshadows in the same colors. Blend the colors together, by overlapping them at the front of the brow.
Clean up the shape of the brow with some creamy concealer.
