Beanie!!
Turquoise hat with arge pink bow, I found a tutorial about how to make this some time ago but I can't remember where I saw it :(

Step 1
Step 1. Cut a large half circle shape in your old turquoise t-shirt, you should have two pieces.
Stepr 2. Right sides together and machine stich the half circles, you'll be left with a slouchy beanie hat.
Step 3. Cut a largish rectangle shape in your pink t-shirt, right sides together stitch it shut but leave a small opening to pull it through the right way, cut a small rectangle material, stich the ends and pull the big rectangle through and pull in to shape.
Step 4. stitch the bow on to the hat.
Et voila, your done :)
