Step 1Shape the eyebrow using a pencil or angle brush & apply the eye primer or base that you normally use

Step 2Apply the first layer of white eyeshadow or any white base, I used NYX Jumbo Milk Pencil

Step 3Blend your whilte base well

Step 4Create a black shape in the corner of your eyelid with a black pencil as on the picture

Step 5Blend it well, using a thin brush

Step 6Add a turquoise eyeshadow on the white base

Step 7Add a darker (blue) eyeshadow on the black shape you created

Step 8Add some light blue in the corner

Step 9Add white pencil on your inner bottom eyelid

Step 10Add blue pencil on your bottom eyelid

Step 11Using Black eyeliner draw a shape as on the picture, then use your favourite mascara and add false eyelashes if you like! Your look is ready!!
