With a little twine and a bit of patience you too can transform that discarded Bicycle Tire Rim into a center stage Wind Chime
You will need an old bicycle tire rim. Mine was in need of a freshen up so I spray painted it black.
The next step was to wrap twine all around the rim, or at least as much of it as the twine will last. (More about that on the blog.) I also added twine so it could be hung from the top.
And lastly for the "bling" or music of the chime, I attached vintage keys that had been painted white.
And that is my wind chime which hangs from the branches of the fig tree.
