My friend actually came up with this idea when she found a mitten collecting dust at her churches day care.
First Gather Your Supplies. You'll need a mitten some scissors and possibly a needle. I don't use them because I like the more rough look.
First cut off the part of the mitten where the finger tips go. I actually cut it off at the brown stripe lower down.
Then you have to cut off the thumb of your mitten, this will be where the arm goes through.
Then make a small insitiion exactly the opposite of where the thumb was.
Stitchup the sleeves and bottom so that it won't unravel.
Then finally put it on your very lucky toy.
