Warm up with a spicy turmeric latte!
Stir together the turmeric, cinnamon and ground ginger in the bottom of your mug.
Add the maple syrup and mix into a paste.
Heat the milk in a milk frother or a sauce pan then pour into your mug, mixing into the paste as you go.
Top with frothy foamy milk.
