You Will Need

Step 1Mix together mince, pepper, onion, garlic breadcrumbs & egg.
Form into balls.

Step 2Dip balls in egg.

Step 3Coat in breadcrumbs.
Squeeze into patties.

Step 4Heat oil.
Fry cakes in oil until cooked through.
