You Will Need (14 things)
- 8 oz Of slightly stale Breadcrumbs
- 24 oz Caster Sugar
- 14 oz Ground Almonds
- 6 tsp Of Baking Powder
- 24 oz Sunflower Oil
- 16 Eggs
- Zest of 4 large Orange(s)
- Zest of 2 Lemons

Citrus syrup
- Juice of 4 Oranges
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 12 oz Caster Sugar
- 8 Cloves
- 4 Cinnamon sticks

Mix the breadcrumbs, sugar, almonds & baking powder. Whisk the oil with the eggs & pour into the dry ingredients & mix well. Add the orange & lemon zest. Pour into the tine & cook.

Soak the cake with the citrus syrup. Leave to cool
