You Will Need (14 things)

  • 8 oz Of slightly stale Breadcrumbs
  • 24 oz Caster Sugar
  • 14 oz Ground Almonds
  • 6 tsp Of Baking Powder
  • 24 oz Sunflower Oil
  • 16 Eggs
  • Zest of 4 large Orange(s)
  • Zest of 2 Lemons
  • Citrus syrup

  • Juice of 4 Oranges
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 12 oz Caster Sugar
  • 8 Cloves
  • 4 Cinnamon sticks

Steps (2 steps, 35 minutes)

    Mix the breadcrumbs, sugar, almonds & baking powder. Whisk the oil with the eggs & pour into the dry ingredients & mix well. Add the orange & lemon zest. Pour into the tine & cook.

    Soak the cake with the citrus syrup. Leave to cool
