black tulle hair piece with button's
It's very easy to make one and you just need oddments of tulle, a old hariclip and some beads and/or buttons :D

You Will Need

Step 1at first you need tulle!

Step 2cut the tulle in pices!
It's equal how the pieces look :D -
Step 3use a little piece of felt!
use a needle with yarn!
fix the yarn on the felt! -
Step 4thread the tulle on!
( hope you understand what i mean ) -
Step 5so you have thread the tulle, than fix it!
You can fix it a bit more with a bit of Glue, I used a Glue gun!

Step 6add on the middle a button, or beads!
* i use at first a red button, fix it
over it I fix a black button witch was a bit smaller
and at the end is use a read bead :D*I Glue the first button on the tulle, for more stabilisation :D

Step 7than i add some more beads under the buttons!

Step 8fix on the backside the Hairclip!
I use for it glue ^^
