Rainbowy and cute :D! Yay!
I took a pink tshirt and made it into a pinafore skirt thing, then I took some glow in the dark stars and spread them out on the hem and splattered paint around them. I outlined the star shapes with glow in the dark paint and finished off by adding bows to the straps.
