Reconstructed NMBC t-shirt! (:
I cut the neckline into a v neck, then cut a line going up at the back of the shirt, then cut strips across.
Then tied 2 of the strips together.
(Sorry if that's confusing, I couldn't think of any other way to word it, aha.)
