I have a tank top that looks like this one, which I bought when I went to the beach. This shirt was originally a Miley Max shirt from walmart. To make this tank top I cut the sleeves off and halfway down the sides. Then, I slit holes all over the front and back. You wear a regular tank top under it while this one drapes over it. It's perfect for the beach.
