First start with some tape and some primer :)
place some sparkly white on your brow bone. this is sugapill lumi mixed with sugarpill tako :)
draw a line where you'd like to cut your crease with a light brown pen :).
place a light pinkish toned shadow on almost all of you lid like in the pic. this is fyrinnae rapunzel had extensions.
put some light shimmery yellow on the inner corner of your lid. this is mac colour added.
then cut your crease with some sparkly hot pink. i mixed sugarpill dollipop and decora :)
place some bright orange above the pink. this is sugarpill flamepoint :)
put a bright yellow like sugarpill buttercupcake above the orange :)
blend the orange and yellow together with the shimmery light yellow and sparkly white :) remove the tape :)!!
place a shimmery white stripe on the outer corner of your eye. this is mac laundry daze.
put some orange mixed with the light pinkish shade you have on your lower lid with more orange near the lashline. if you have a shimmery orange all ready without mixing any shades together you of course can use that :D.
and it's eyeliner time :)!!!
then start to draw the tiger stripes with a liquid eyeliner, a pen or wet eyeshadow. you can do more or less, thin or thick, any shade...etc. :)
I decided to do them a lot haha :D!!
draw a black line on your tearduct like in the pic and place some light blue on your waterline. these are lime crime uniliner quill and eyeshadow parasol :)
line your lower lashline with some blue (or the shade you like :)!!) this is lime crime uniliner lazuli :)
then just some mascara and lashes and you're ready to go :)!!!
