Triple Chocolate Cookies
There's are a chocoholics dream.
They are easy to make.
They taste delicious warm with milk.
This recipe uses cut up chocolate bars but you can use chocolate chips.

Step 1
Heat oven 200 degrees.
Melt dark chocolate.
Set aside to cool.

Step 2Beat butter & sugars together until pale & creamy.

Step 3Add the eggs one at a time.
Beat well between addition.

Step 4Add the melted chocolate.

Step 5Sift in the flour, baking powder & cocoa.
Fold through.

Step 6Fold in the white chocolate & milk chocolate .

Step 7Spoon the mixture on to a tray.
Leave room between each cookie.

Step 8Bake for 15 mins until firm but still soft.

Step 9Serve warm or cold.
