You Will Need (10 things)

  • Hot Glue Gun and sticks
  • Correction Tape
  • Headpin with loop at the top
  • Plastic Water Bottle
  • Bead(s)
  • Clasp(s)
  • Hot Knife ,Exacto Knife, Box Cutter or Heavy Duty Scissors
  • Candle & Matches
  • Clear Glue
  • Elastic Thread or fishing line

Steps (7 steps, 25 minutes)

  1. 1

Cut the bottom off of a water bottle

  2. 2

Light a candle to go around the edges of the cut off bottom of the bottle so they curl under a bit all the way around.

  3. 3

Open up the used correction tape container and cut strips approximately 6 inches long off. Add a dab of clear glue on the end of the strip and press inside the inner lip of the bottle's curled under edge and allow to dry upside down completely.

  4. 4

Cut small hole in the center of the top. Thread beads onto the headpin then insert into the hole. Flip over and glue pin into place and hold until it starts to dry and stay in place (a minute or so. I had a clear earring backing that I put on the end to help secure it but his would be optional.

  5. 5

Before cutting the elastic or fishing line, figure out where you want your jellyfish to sway and try to keep it out the bra area - either go higher or lower and it will not sit right (found out the hard way.

  6. 6

Insert elastic through the center of the headpin, string and equal amount of beads on each side.

  7. 7

To attach the clasp and ring I tied the elastic a few times around it and dabbed it with the clear glue to secure it.
