Trackside Cushion - when I was a little girl and I'd grown out of my favourte t-shirt, my mom would turn it into a pillow so I could still have it. Mostly these were used to sit on the floor watching tv. I've taken the same idea to make a super quick and super easy trackside cushion to keep your bum comfy on those sports hall floors.

Instructions

  1. Turn your LRG t-shirt inside out.

  2. Sew a seam in the bottom of the shirt and then on each sleeve.

  3. Turn the t-shirt right side out.

  4. Stuff pillow stuffing through the neck until the cushion is as comfy as you need it to be.

  5. Sew the neck closed. Ta-da - you now have a trackside cushion for your bum! Don't forget to buy patches to put on your cushion later!
