Step 1Gather your supplies.

Step 2Cut eight tabs about 1/2 inch deep around the top and bottom of the tube. Punch a hole near the top of each tab.

Step 3Decorate! This one is for a christmas gift so I stamped it with a snowflake ^_^

Step 4Tie one end of your yarn/ribbon of choice to one of the tabs, leaving a 4-5 inch tail.

Step 5Thread the long end of your ribon/yard through the back of each tab, pushing the tabs down as you go. Be sure to keep the tail end out of the tube as we will use this to tie it all together later.

Step 6After you have puched down all the tabs, tie the two ends together. It shoud look like the picture. ^_^

Step 7Fill with goodies and tie up the other end!
