Step 1Cook the bacon until browned.

Step 2Add the sprouts.
Cook for 8-10 mins.
Remove from the pan.

Step 3Cook the garlic & flakes.

Step 4Add the water & cream.
Stir to combine.
Add the salt & pepper.
Stir through.

Step 5Add 1/2 the cheese.
Stir to melt.

Step 6Blanch the tortellini.

Step 7Add the tortellini to the sauce.
Stir through & top with cheese

Step 8Serve.
