I some times like to spin some wool for a project so I made me a top drop whorl spinner. I got a plaque at the 99 c store and cut it in a circle and they had flags on a dowel i got one for the center.Drilled hole in center and put the dowel in it and as you can see have a bit of wool spun on it. I made this after buying a smaller one that wouldn't hold much wool, so Im trying to decide if i want to paint it or just varnish it.
